Holistick rekindles my urge to travel. It kind of feels like home, and home never smells like a downtown core. Founders Rebecca and Tricia have created a Bali inspired natural skincare and wellness brand featuring exotic blends.
I am so excited to introduce Holistick to the Kalonegy audience, it almost makes me giddy. I was first introduced to Holistick because I was looking for a facial oil that could target inflammation and eczema. In my case, this inflammation was caused by hormonal acne, and sometimes a reaction to overindulging on products containing lactose. My intolerance to lactose mostly manifests itself in my skin, particularly around my neck up to cheekbone.
What made me try it?
Holistick offers Bulan and Matahari botanical facial oils that are a unique blend of natural oils that work together. They target issues like aging, hyperpigmentation, and inflammation. It has a rich and nourishing formula that can help balance oily skin. It is safe for all skin types whether you have dry, oily, acne-prone, sensitive or a combination skin. I incorporated Bulan in my nighttime routine, using it right after cleansing to lock in moisture in the skin. For more mature, drier, or lacklustre skin types, Matahari is more suitable.
In the mornings, my skin is more hydrated and after a few months, my skin is radiant and my hormonal breakouts are calmer.
