How to use post workout

Sodium is necessary for maintaining fluid balance in the body. However, too much sodium can lead to high blood pressure, which is a risk factor for heart disease and stroke. However, post workout, you do want a higher amount of sodium to potassium, but why pay for more salt? Instead, we recommend adding a pinch of himalayan salt to your glass of Electric Beauty if you are using this post workout.

A daily electrolyte

Most electrolytes are high in sodium; however, most people consume too much sodium from their diets and not enough potassium. So taking a high sodium electrolyte isn't beneficial unless it's post workout. Why pearl powder?

Pearl powder is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a beauty tonic with 3 key features: calcium, conchiolin, and antioxidant superoxide dismutase (SOD).

Pearl is also the most bioavailable form of Calcium, a key electrolyte that regulates muscle function, nerve function, maintains strong bones and teeth, and maintains healthy skin and promotes hair growth.
